Laura brings her passion for making things better for people to life as a CX Strategist. Her 28-year career spans more than 15 years at General Motors, where in her most recent role she used internal customer data and external consumer trends to provide deep insights and tactics to help teams understand how to deliberately design and deliver the right customer experiences. This passion is also on display in her civic life, where she works hard to improve residents’ experiences in her role as an elected official in the City of Novi, where she’s served her community for 13 years.
