Karen T. Lin, CUA, CSPO (she/they/we) is a former Chief Experience Officer of an acquired SaaS startup and is now a lead designer at a national bank. Originally from Maryland, Karen has a storied and global career in human-centered design, research & strategic planning for Fortune 100s, government agencies, nonprofits & startups across diverse verticals and earned her degree in human factors psychology from Tufts University. She most recently coined the term #StopUXErasure to remind us of the original ethos & ethics of UX to fight the excuses we give to the abuses of tech supremacy.
