Hannes Robier is organizer of the World Usability Congress and publisher of the UX Trend Report. He is additional founder of UX and CX agency youspi. Together with the university of Vienna he created the global UX quality certification center and the first UX foundation certification by UXQCC. He developed and leads a Design Management course and is founding member of the MBA Strategic Experience Design. Not enough is builded up the Knights school of vale & experience and the community “The World of Experience”
