He focuses on improving the customer experience across the digital customer lifecycle, including product vision, systems planning, user experience, content design, process, and content operations. He’s helped organizations such as General Motors, Disney, Honeywell, Scotiabank, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan improve key customer metrics while also improving their organizational efficiency.
Jeff earned his Ph.D. in English and Creative Writing from Western Michigan University.He holds an M.F.A. and B.A. in English from the University of Maryland at College Park. He lives in Grosse Pointe Park, Mich.
