He is the creator and professor of courses such as Ethnography for Experience Design, Designing Experiences, and Employee Experience. He is a keynote speaker, trainer, and thought leader on integrating experiences to create better system-wide outcomes. He also is co-host of Experience by Design podcast, "where we explore experience designs of all kinds."
