Employee Experience: Going Beneath the Surface
The state of workforce management is at a critical juncture. Employee burnout and stress are at unprecedented highs, and human wellbeing and happiness are at lows. It doesn't have to be this way. In fact, it's better for business when it's not this way. Connecting employees' purpose to their day-to-day job is the key for both improving the health of our workforce and creating both long-term sustainable business success. However, to do what's required, we must go beneath the surface of traditional employee experience programs which is exactly what this session will explore.
During this session, attendees will:
Experience an approach that takes them beneath the surface and explore life's purpose
Learn about the intersection of employee purpose and job engagement
Walk away with at least one action item that can be taken to improve workforce health and engagement.
