An Industrial Engineer from UAO (Col), with an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology (Washington D.C.), and currently pursuing a Master’s in Customer Experience Innovation at UNIR (Spain). With over sixteen years of experience, the last eight have been focused on leadership in customer experience and customer service. He has coordinated and taught the diploma program in Customer Experience at Universidad Javeriana (Col) and teaches CX in the Marketing Master’s program at UAO (Col). Currently, he works as a Customer Experience Design and Execution Strategist at UPS Supply Chain Solutions in Atlanta and is an active member of the CXPA.
