Talent Research Specialist & Talent researcher - Accenture

Laurel Mikalouski is a Talent Research Specialist on the Talent & Organization research team within Accenture Research. Prior to joining Accenture, she received an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from IUPUI. Her research experience focuses on gender issues in the workplace.

Reggie Romain, M.A., is a Talent Researcher with Accenture Research where he contributes to thought leadership research to support the work of Accenture’s Talent & Organization/Human Potential practice. He provides expertise in areas such as employee experience, diversity, equity, & inclusion, future of work, and skilling. Reggie earned a M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from CUNY Brooklyn College — where he studied team dynamics and processes.
