Senior People Science Consultant - Glint

Larissa Linton is a Senior People Science Consultant at Glint. Larissa is passionate about delivering robust, evidence-based solutions that are also practical and meet the needs of her customers. She has over 15 years of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies and solutions in the areas of employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, competency modeling, assessment, and change management. Prior to Glint, Larissa led global talent management initiatives at Perrigo Company in a variety of roles, including Director of Learning & Organizational Development, and at Steelcase Inc. as a Global Workforce Strategy Senior Consultant. She also served as a Team Lead at Personnel Decisions Research Institutes (PDRI) in Washington, DC. where she supported several clients in delivering robust talent management solutions. Larissa earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University.
